Dean is our Performance Manager. He started his motorsport career at 14, leading to a drive in Formula Ford.
He has mentored drivers at various levels, from grassroots to the British Championship, and worked with numerous national and club champions.

Carrie is the team’s operational manager and she brings many years experience of working within the sports and leisure industries.
She has a vast wealth of knowledge in how to manage dynamic, competitive environments.
She has three years of experience in working in motorsport to go with many years of working in hospitality and leisure.

At six years old, Jacob embarked on his racing journey, climbing to the apex of the racing circuit. He now stands as the 2022 Junior Karting Champion and races with Team Evolution. 2024 sees him enter the British Karting Championship, showcasing his exceptional skill on the UK's biggest kart tracks.
Jacob's unmatched expertise makes him a key addition to our team, offering invaluable guidance and training to our drivers as the team coach.
